General

What we do and who we do it for.

What does Falconet do?

Two things. We make the content, ads and websites that get a business noticed. Then we set up AI agents that answer calls, reply to leads and DMs, and ask happy customers for reviews, so the attention we create turns into booked work.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Small and growing businesses that run on calls and bookings: trades like plumbers and roofers, clinics and dental practices, real estate agents, restaurants and local service companies. If customers find you online and then call, message or book, we can probably help.

Do we need to be in the same city?

No. Planning, reviews and reporting all happen over video calls, email and a shared folder. If your content needs filming at your location, we'll talk through the options on your first call.

Pricing

How we price work, without the guesswork.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so we don't publish a price list. After a free call you get a written plan with a fixed price. Nothing starts until you've read it and said yes.

How is pricing structured?

Most plans have two parts. Build work, like a new website or setting up an AI agent, is a one-time fee. Ongoing work, like content, ad management and keeping your agents running, is a monthly fee. Your plan lists both, so there are no surprises later.

Am I locked into a long contract?

The length of any commitment is written into your plan before you sign, so you know exactly what you're agreeing to. We'd rather keep a client because the work pays off than because a contract says so.

AI agents

What they do, and what they won't do.

What is an AI agent, in plain terms?

It's software that handles a repeat task the way a trained assistant would: answering a call, texting back a new lead, replying to a DM or asking for a review after a job. It works from your information and your rules, day and night, and connects to the phone number, calendar and tools you already use.

See every agent on the AI agents page.

Will my customers know they're talking to AI?

We recommend being upfront, and most people don't mind as long as they get a fast, useful answer. The agent introduces itself as your assistant, uses your business name and tone, and hands the conversation to a person whenever someone asks for one.

What happens when the AI doesn't know an answer?

It doesn't guess. You decide what it's allowed to say, including prices and availability. Anything outside that gets a polite reply, a message taken and an alert sent to you by text or email, so a real person can follow up.

Content & ads

Video, social and paid campaigns.

Do I have to appear on camera?

No, though it often helps. Plenty of strong content shows the work instead: a finished kitchen, a plated dish, a clean before and after. We'll plan a mix you're comfortable with and keep any filming short.

How much should I spend on ads, and is it included?

Ad spend is separate from our fee and is paid straight to Meta, Google or TikTok. The right budget depends on your area, your service and what a new customer is worth to you. On the call we'll suggest a sensible starting budget and how we'd test it before you spend more.

Who owns the content and the ad accounts?

You do. Ads run in accounts set up in your business's name, and the videos, photos and copy we make for you are yours to keep and reuse.

Websites

Building, fixing and looking after your site.

How long does a new website take?

Most small business sites take a few weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest factor is usually content: the sooner we have your photos, services and details, the sooner it goes live.

Can you improve my current site instead of starting over?

Often, yes. We'll look at what you have and tell you honestly whether a refresh will do the job or a rebuild will cost less in the long run. Either way the goal is the same: more visitors calling or booking.

Who looks after the site once it's live?

We can host it and handle updates, fixes and small changes as part of a monthly plan. If you'd rather manage it yourself, we'll hand it over with everything you need to log in and make edits.

Getting started

From first call to first results.

What happens on the free call?

We ask how customers find you today and where things slip through the cracks, like missed calls or slow replies. Then we tell you what we'd make, what we'd automate first and what it would involve. There's no obligation to go further.

How fast can we get started?

Most projects start within a week of the call. The first AI agents usually go live within two to three weeks, and content can often start sooner.

What do I need to have ready?

Very little. A rough idea of your services and prices, access to your social accounts and website if you have them, and the questions customers ask you most. We'll send a short checklist after the call.

Didn't see your question?

Email it over in a sentence or two. A real person reads every message and replies within one business day.
