The four steps

Here's exactly what happens.

Timings are typical ranges. Your plan gives you real dates once we know the scope.

  1. Free call

    Typical timing: Booked within days

    What happens

You tell us about your business, what's working and what's eating your week. We ask a few direct questions and tell you honestly whether we're a fit. No slides, no hard sell.

    What you get

    • A straight answer on what to fix first
    • A rough idea of cost and timing
    • Ideas you can use even if we never work together
  2. Plan

Typical timing: Usually 2–4 business days

    What happens

We look at your socials, your site, your ads and how new leads reach you today. Then we write it down: what we'll make, which agents we'll set up, in what order, and what it costs.

    What you get

    • A written plan with a fixed price
    • A clear scope, so nothing changes without you
    • A start date the moment you say yes
  3. Create and build

    Typical timing: Typically 2–4 weeks

    What happens

A short kickoff, then we get to work. We film and edit content, build or rebuild your site, set up your ads and train your AI agents on your services, prices and tone of voice. You see every draft before it goes live.

A first AI agent usually takes 2–3 weeks. A full website usually takes 3–4.

    What you get

    • A first batch of content, ready to post
    • Your site or landing page, live and fast on phones
    • AI agents tested on real customer questions before launch
  4. Run and improve

    Typical timing: Ongoing, reviewed weekly

    What happens

We post, run the ads, read through what your agents are saying to customers and fix what isn't working. Every week something gets a little better, based on your real numbers rather than guesses.

    What you get

    • A 15-minute check-in every week
    • A monthly report in plain English
    • One person who knows your business

Your part

What we need from you.

Not much, and most of it happens in the first week. No tech skills needed. If you can forward an email, you can do your part.

  • Access to your accounts

Social pages, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and website. We'll show you how to add us as a team member, so you never share a password.

  • Your brand basics

Logo, colors and any photos or videos you already have. A messy folder is fine.

  • How you talk to customers

Your services, prices, hours and the questions people ask most. This is what your AI agents learn from.

  • A filming slot (if we make content)

A few hours on site, booked around your busiest times. We bring the gear and a shot list.

  • Quick feedback on drafts

A reply within two or three days keeps everything on schedule. A thumbs up counts.

  • One person who can say yes

Usually you. One decision-maker keeps the work moving.

After launch

Going live is where it starts.

Content gets better with feedback and agents get sharper with real conversations. So we keep a steady rhythm, and you always know where things stand.

Quick answers

Still wondering?

The three questions we hear most about the process.

See all questions
Can I start with just one thing?

Yes. Plenty of businesses start with one AI agent, like the receptionist, or one service, like short-form video. We add more only when the first piece is working and you want it.

How much of my time will this take?

A few hours in the first week to give us access and answer questions, plus a filming slot if we make content. After launch it's the 15-minute weekly check-in and quick replies on drafts.

When will I see results?

AI agents start working the day they go live, so missed calls and slow replies stop right away. Content and ads take longer to build momentum, usually a few months of steady posting and testing. We'll never promise numbers we can't stand behind.
